Westport Fishermen’s Association merges with Coalition to continue and strengthen legacy of advocacy
|
Since 1983, the Westport Fishermen’s Association (WFA) has been the Westport River’s grassroots advocate for clean, healthy water and marine habitats. Now, 35 years later, the WFA has found a strong ally in the Coalition to sustain and grow its legacy work. The merger was unanimously approved by the boards of both organizations last week.

Do you love being outside? Want to help people of all ages connect to the outdoors? Volunteer to assist with our outdoor exploration programs and Bay Adventures!
