10 reasons why 2016 was a great year for Buzzards Bay

2016 sure has been a challenging year on the national and global level. But here at home on Buzzards Bay, it was an exceptional year of progress. Thanks to your generous support, the Coalition made important ground in all areas of our work on behalf of the region’s people, land, and waters.

Acushnet River ReserveAcushnet River Reserve expands with protection of 9 riverfront acres

With the purchase of this property, the Acushnet River is now protected on all sides at the Hamlin Street crossing.


Sunday Strolls12 places on the South Coast to take a Sunday stroll in 2017
