Renowned Eva's Garden in Dartmouth

The Buzzards Bay Coalition recently finalized purchase of a Conservation Restriction on the pioneering Eva's Garden certified-organic farm on Jordan Road and the 20 acres of mature woodlands that surround it, completing the Dartmouth Coastal Farms Initiative.
State grant advances restoration at The Bogs
The Bogs in Mattapoisett will be part of a $10 million federally-funded restoration project for bogs across the state, furthering the Coalition's efforts to restore habitat at the much-visited reserve.
Trailside tales offer families new reason to go walking
The StoryWalks that the Coalition has installed in collaboration with several local land trusts are attracting lots of enthusiastic new fans.

Buzzards Bay is a bicyclist’s dream. From Little Compton, R.I., to Falmouth, MA, cyclists will find plenty of quiet, scenic roads to excite the senses.

- Run with Team Buzzards Bay. Mark your calendar for the first Falmouth Road Race "At-Home Edition"! Participants will have the unique experience of running, walking, or skipping their very own seven-mile course—whether all in one day or spread out over several. Each participant will receive fun swag mailings, including a race bib, iconic road race mug and more! Plus, exclusive access to a special Falmouth Road Race Spotify playlist, training guides and a chance to win prizes throughout the next few months. - Sow & Pigs 2020. It's official: summer is nearly here The trees are in full bloom, longer days and warmer weather are upon us ... and our friends at Buzzards Bay Brewing have released the 2020 edition of Sow & Pigs, their wildly popular Kölsch-style brew. It's a great beer, supporting a great cause—50% of all proceeds go toward the Coalition's efforts to protect clean water. You can pick up Sow & Pigs (and more) during Saturday Drive-Thru Brew hours (11am to 3pm) at their Westport farm brewery and at their new Bourne Tap Room.
- Watershed Ride. The early bird registration discount for this year's Watershed Ride ends at midnight on Sunday, May 31. Now is the time to register for one of the best and most scenic bike rides in New England. Choose your distance—35, 75 or 100 miles—and sign up today.
Play an important role in protecting the Bay by joining the Baywatchers. The folks who participate in this renowned program monitor water quality measures at a designated location one morning per week from May to September. The data that Baywatchers collect is essential to guiding water protection initiatives of the Coalition and our network of partners throughout the region.
